Can I really build strength and improve my running at the same time?

Yes. The program is designed specifically to do both without tradeoffs. Strength and running are planned together in a way that supports progress instead of competing with each other. Lifting builds power and durability, while running improves speed and conditioning. Because volume and intensity are managed intelligently, you get stronger and faster at the same time.

How many days per week do I train?

You train 6 days per week. This includes 3 structured strength days and 3 run days. The week is balanced so hard sessions are not stacked back to back, which helps you recover and stay consistent.

How long are the workouts?

Most workouts take 45 to 60 minutes. Sessions are designed to be efficient, focused, and realistic for busy schedules. You know exactly what to do when you show up, with no wasted time.

Is this good for beginners?

Yes. Beginners can absolutely follow the program. Every workout includes clear structure, movement guidance, and options to scale based on your current level. If you are new to lifting, running, or both, the program helps you build a strong foundation without feeling overwhelmed.

Will this beat up my legs?

No. The program is built to protect your legs, not destroy them. Running intensity, lifting volume, and recovery are carefully planned to avoid burnout and overuse. Many people actually feel better and more resilient once they start training this way.

Do I have to do double sessions?

No. You do not need to train twice a day. Everything is programmed so you can complete your training in one session. Some days combine lifting with optional short runs, but they are designed to fit into a single workout window.

What kind of running is included?

The program includes a mix of easy aerobic runs, interval and speed work, and longer endurance runs. This balance helps improve pacing, speed, and overall running efficiency while supporting your strength training instead of interfering with it.
