What does the block look like?
Whether you are training for a race, or you just want to feel stronger and more energized, this block will help you reach your potential and build long term fitness.

Strength Training:
We start with key compound lifts like Bench Press, Squats, and Deadlifts to build functional strength, with progressive overload to ensure you are getting stronger heavier week after week.

Each session targets specific muscle groups with a focus on single-leg strength, upper body power, and core stability. And yes, there’s a strong focus on finishing with core work and accessory exercises to prevent muscle imbalances and injuries.

Running & Conditioning:
Runs are designed to improve your threshold capacity and endurance, starting with manageable intervals and building toward longer, more challenging runs.

Threshold intervals will push your effort and teach your body to hold higher paces for longer, giving you the endurance to perform, whether that’s a long run or a hybrid race like Hyrox!

 Program Overview:

  • Progressive strength training with compound lifts
  • Functional accessory exercises for runners
  • Threshold interval runs to boost pace and stamina
  • Core work, plyometrics, and metabolic conditioning for full-body performance
  • Active recovery days to keep you feeling fresh
