5k Running Program! Designed for beginner to intermediate runners
Kristi's passion for running has lead her to race in everything from cross country and track meets to half-marathons and full marathons to Olympic Distance and Half Ironman triathlons! Throughout all of these different endeavors Kristi trained and programed for herself. Kristi has had great success with racing! A few notable achievements....Kristi has a 5:20 mile and ran a 3:10 Boston Marathon. She finished 3rd in the Trail run at the 2016 CrossFit Games, 2nd in the run swim run in the 2017 CrossFit Games and the Paddle/swim/run in the 2018 CrossFit games. She is passionate about running and absolutely loves to run
Kristi designed this beginner/intermediate Running program with an end goal distance of 5k. This program is also perfect for those looking to add extra supplemental running/aerobic conditioning to to their current Crossfit or cross training. It is 3 days a week and last 6 weeks building in distance and intervals. This will help fine tune and build your aerobic base to make you better at everything else you are doing!
